You would need

Tortilla Chips
Hormel Chili (FREE at Kroger this week)
Kraft Cheddar Cheese(1.49 at Kroger this week)
Chi Chi's Salsa(FREE at Meijer this week)
Daisy Sour Cream(.50 at Kroger this week)
Lettuce
Tomatoes

Line a large cookie sheet with foil. Pile on some tortilla chips. Add Hormel Chili and Kraft cheese. Bake at 375 for 7-10 mins. Add the Salsa, Sour Cream, Lettuce and Tomatoes.

I wasn't planning on going to Aldi but when I saw the price of cream cheese and butter at Meijer and decided it was worth it.

Scouting Report: FREE Pepsi 2 Liters!

I was at Meijer today getting all the great things they had this week and ran into these! Pepsi 2 liters with coupons on them for .55 off each(they will double)! HELLO...they were part of the 10 for $10 sale...that means FREE Pepsi 2 Liters for me and YOU!!! I had already planned on doing 2 seperate transactions since Meijer will only double 2 identical coupons per transaction so I got 4. So if you are out this weekend pick up a few.(I also saw the same coupon at Kroger but they were a little more expensive to start with-but still a good deal if you need them anyway)

Always be on the lookout for coupons in the store. I find a lot of good coupons in the little blinky machines, actually on the products and sometimes there are just coupons laying on the self(I am convinced there is a coupon fairy out there...and I LOVE her!)

Fix It!

I hope you were able to pick up the cheap Bisquick this week at Meijer! I thought I would share one of my favorite recipes from the Bisquick website. It is quick, easy, healthy, and tasty!

2/3 Cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup fat-free egg product or 2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 1/4 cups Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa


Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8- or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir together Bisquick® mix, water and egg product; spread in pan. Sprinkle with 1 1/4 cups of the cheese.
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook chicken over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until outsides turn white; drain. Stir in salsa; heat until hot. Spoon over batter in pan to within 1/2 inch of edges.
Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until edges are dark golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 1 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted; loosen from sides of pan.

If you do go to Kroger this week you may want to check out the price on Bisquick. There is a .75 coupon on my coupon printer and a $1 ecoupon on shortcuts. That would be a total savings of $2.50, so you could get a really good deal on that.

I used a $10 Register Reward I got a few weeks ago to make the total so low. Both items are free after rebate as a part of Walgreens Easysaver Program. So I will get 13.48 plus 10%(since I am putting it on a Wags card) back, PLUS I sent in for a $8 rebate for the Orajel.

New Coupon Printer!!

I finally added a coupon printer to my blog! You can print your coupons directly from my site thanks to coupons.com. With every coupon you print you support my efforts to help save you money.

All you have to do is scroll through until you find the coupon you want then hit print. If it is your first time you may have to download a coupon printer software. Don't worry...it won't take long :)

I just listed some great coupons that are available right now in the following post-so start printing and saving! Let's hope Meijer and Kroger have some good sales next week. I will at least be posting Meijer deals and if Kroger is good I will do that one also. So check back on Sunday.

When printing coupons off for the 1st time you will have to download a coupon printing software. It doesn't take long. Then you will be able to print 2 of each coupon by hitting the back button on your browser 3 times.

This Sunday's Coupon Preview

I was SO excited when I saw the coupon preview for this week. We are reportedly getting 5 inserts! This is a week I would recommend getting more then one paper if you are able. I can buy the Sunday paper at Walgreens in Central Ohio for .99(cover price is 1.75). Even if you just use a few coupons it will be worth it.
